Laura, this is exactly what i needed to hear today - i've been feeling stuck in my home office, with lots to do but itchy feet that want to go out into the sunshine. rather than act on that i stay at my desk and have an unproductive afternoon. What i *should* have done is go find a bagel and a coffee, take my journal and change my perspective :) Great food for thought, thanks!
