That has served us well in the past, but now, especially for women (and honestly, for men too), it’s time for business to change.

It's the idea that both the feminine and masculine energies have a place - and should have a place - in business and life. That your business is one nourishing part of your life, not an energy-drainer or all-consuming. You want a business that is an outlet for your passion, a business that helps you change the world or makes it better in some way. And your business should provide you with financial success so you can continue to do your world-changing work.

As women, we can't continue with the current way of being in business. As women, we can't continue to drain our energy trying to do it like someone else who doesn't understand our natural strengths, our individual rhythms and our lifestyle priorities.

It's a brand-new way of doing business--and there aren't many models out there and certainly not a map of how to go about running such a business.
